Cochise fires past the guard, hitting the shooter on the ground - they don't look like they are getting back up. The burly guy on the street dives for cover while pulling out a shotgun... but his lack of wired reflexs means both cochise and snitch fire first. Cochise puts a bullet through the dudes coat, while snitch's goes square into trench's armor coat (1 AP left). Snitch's second clips his neck (-7 physical) Trench shoots a shotgun at Cochise who dodges out of the way, pushing Hija out of the way at the same time. Repair guy tosses two grenades - one is batted back at him by Lord F using the briefcase. The other one lands at the door.Hija pushes through to all your comlinks and AR displays who around you is going Full Luddite. Tag weaves under the hulking samurai's arm in a movement that looks reminiscent of Capoeira (mom MADE her take a dance class). Tag lashes out with her stun baton at the Queue Woman who does a hapkido move on tag's wrist to deflect the first attack. Queue woman tries aiming her Narcojet pistol at Tag, but tag's 2nd hit comes in at the same time someone behind Queue Woman fires a gun - This is a non luddite we'll call Girl Shooter. Queue woman tries to drive the injector into Tag, but tag jerks back just out of its range. Shooter Girl then gets grappled by Queue Man. Bouncer guy shoves Lord F south towards the SW sidewalk and the approaching bike, sweeping his arm looking for targets, firing another burst at Trenchcoat guy, but only burying bullets in the hood of the car Trench is hiding behind. The queue is turning into a writhing mass of people in close combat.

OOC: Still wearing his normal armor suit, so 9 armour
Getting a few good shots in at the man with the trenchcoat, Snitch ducks his head behind the hood of the car for cover, busy thinking of tactics when Tag joins him behind the car, asking for a plan.
[She's right, this is a AA neighborhood and the pig-rigs will be rolling up any minute now. This AR data Hija sent shows at least 10 possible enemies, for all we know there could be a dozen more, and there's too many civilians nearby. Fighting this out isn't an option, we've got to live to kill these fraggers another day.]
Snitch: "Can't fight it out here - V.I.P. and Hija can get out on my bike, should be here within a minute. Coach and the guard can take a fight so they can draw them into the alleys and start making their way south to the 'copter, we'll cover fire for them. You're fast enough to catch up to them or take an alternate route - the crowds still dispersing but if I can run into a crowd I'm as good as gone. We'll meet up at the coordinates for the copter and eat takeaway in no time." Nodding, Tag re-enters the melee leaving the cover of the car.
Taking a deep breath Snitch tried to calm down to think of the risks - though his hands were abnormally calm, his heart was racing. [The bike will get out fine so long as noone can chase it. The big guys should get out fine so long as they get cover fire and leg it down the alleys. If they're able to supress fire for Tag to get out of cover she's probably got the best chances of all of us. If the crowds are gone by the time the bike shows up though, I'm screwed...]
Knowing that he can at least take care of one of the issues at the moment, Snitch looks over the hood and takes aim at the vans tires. It won't do a bit of good it the fraggers thought ahead and modded on some run-flat tires, but considering they can't even parallel park right Snitch wasn't too concerned. [If we can't kill these fraggers, at least they won't be able to run from the pigs when they show]

Trying to pick off the already injured woman in queue which Tag had brawled with, Snitch takes his second shot.

"Drek, grenade!" Cochise exclaims. He attempts to push Hija towards Snitch and the car, while simultaneously moving to kick the grenade into the street (with a backheel if needed).

Tag pushes back into the melee, looking to support the shooter girl who seemed to not be aligned with the assailants. She's grappling with a man who is working with the other hostiles. Tag takes a swing at the man, her stun baton crackling with energy.

Tag's next jab at Queue Woman is thwarted by a spin kick - despite having just been shot by Shooter Girl.
Cochise's punt sends the grenade bouncing SW, bouncing off of the car right near Snitch's head. It then rolls across the street under the car that Trenchcoat is hiding behind. There is a pop and a loud hiss and a translucent gas starts billing out from under the car. Cochise *thinks* its stun gas. Trenchcoat tries to run off to the north, but collapses as his weezing lungs suck in the gas. OOC: Don't you just love scatter tables? Still has one attack.
Snitch fires two quick shots - one hitting the tire with a satisfying pop-HISSS - the second sending Queue Woman into a crumpled heap.
Shooter Girl spins and fires at Queue Man and the shot bounces off armor. Queue Man disarms Shooter Girl.
Tag marches up the line under the enemy-of-my-enemy premise and stabs at Queue Man who ducks away from the blow.
The van side door opens and two men in full riot gear come out sprinting into the street to the north and south of Hija. One shoots at Cochise, the other Snitch. Both miss - perhaps they are a bit nervous about what is behind them...
A man remaining in the van in swivels a Stoner-Ares M202 MMG on a pintel at the car Hija, Cochise and Snitch are taking cover behind. It erupts with an ear splitting Braaaaappp due to a rate of fire high enough so you can't hear the individual shots.
A moment later, surprised to be alive, Cochise notices that the shots that are going high and hitting the building are GEL ROUNDS. This explains why the econobox car you are hiding behind hasn't been turned to shredded tin foil.
The bouncer didn't seem to notice that the repair guy threw the grenades, he and Lord F keep running to the south through the stun gas that is still there - they seem to suck in some of the gas.
Hija hi - tails it after Lord F and the Bouncer, who went through the cloud of stun gas on the sidewalk. She comes face to face with the Repairman who tries to tackle her, but she spins out of the way, as he stumbles at the last minute. Some small and robotic drones can be seen buzzing around his face. She makes it past him and fires a round from her dart gun, hitting the repairman in the ass. Trying to rerorient himself, he spins around, not really thinking that he is standing in the stun gas.

Plot Point! The screeching wail of sirens is the only warning the combatants get as a knight errant ARV(armed response vehicle) tears onto the scene
Tag is beginning to panic, the team needs to get out of here, and fast!
OOC: I'll spend another plot point or edge, wichever applies to say Tag has a subvocal mic right now so she doesn't have to mess around talking to people
Tag: "Snitch, Cochise, time for you two to pull a disappearing act. I'll cover your retreat, I have the best chance of convincing the cops that I'm innocent if I get caught."
OOC(again): I'm taking my two attacks in this narration, moving in my next if that's alright
Seeing that time is of the essence, Tag takes two quick strikes against the Queue man, attempting to take him down before making her escape.

While peeking through the windshield of the car, Snitch sees the monstrous machine gun pointed towards them and ducks his head before the ear shattering barrage begins. Unable to hear the approaching sirens over the thunderous assault on the car, Snitch is momentarily confused by Tag's incoming message until he realizes the situation. Looking behind him, he notices that the Lord and his hired muscle are running south, disregarding the offer of the parked 'cycle in front of the restaurant.
After a nod confirming he received the message, Snitch gives a hand signal to Cochise to get out of the cover of the car while Snitch provides cover fire in an attempt to suppress the machine gun. Leaning to the street-side of the car, Snitch takes 2 shots at the gunner.
Shot 1: 5P mVf10DSn11d6 +1 RR 1d6 = 1 hits
Shot 2: 5P 11d6 +1 RR 1d6 = 4 hits
Counting his shots, he knew his revolver needed to be reloaded - but his spare ammo is in his case, and his holsters which normally carry rounds in a compartment were left at home in an attempt to appear unarmed. Utterly unarmed and with police on their way, he knew this was the time to get out. As the bike was not being used by the Lord, Snitch calls for it to inch forward from its parking space to behind the battered cover of the car. Mounting the bike and leaning downward to take temporary advantage of the cover, he plans his route - Full speed towards Hija, attempting to pick her up and get out as fast as they could. The Lord clearly feels able to get out of the situation with only the help of his bouncer, and Snitch felt ready to stop underestimating the man. Mouthing a short prayer in a strange tongue, Snitch peels out from cover and rides full speed to the technomancer.

[Frag, this is getting worse all the time.]
Cochise takes his shot at the Repair Man grenadier as he ducks into cover with Snitch,
LTYVzLv211d6: 4 hits (OOC: End of grenade kick round)
Then he takes a shot at each of the riot armored guys as Snitch covers him as he starts his run out from cover (OOC Start of next round)
11d6: 5 hits
11d6: 0 hits
And spends a plot point to double time it in the most direct way away from the street and Restaurant Wars, hopefully heading for the underground post haste.
"Drek, the rozzer here already? Hija, be an omae and clean this fragging camera footage when you get the chance. Else I'm toast even if I do get out of here. I'm going to try and make the underground, feel free to pick my sad butt up if you can arrange a vehicle" Cochise subvocalises.··

While running, Tag subvocals to the team
Tag: "Alright change of plans. Mercurio and the muscle are going to pick us up individually. Cochise, keep your head down, but once you think you're safe, get topside where you can be picked up. Hija, Snitch; same for you. I'm going to figure out what's up with this woman, see if she knows anything. Good luck everyone."

Breathing heavily Hija stopped her chase after Lord Furnival and his bodyguard. She was not particularly unhealthy but her untrained legs could not keep up with the chromed bodyguard nor his surprisingly spry charge. Further there were an ominous set of blue and red lights along with a chorus of sirens racing across her vision from the direction they were heading. Turning to face the grenadier who had tried to tackle her Hija levelled her gun towards his torso. She squeezed the trigger but did not fire as a low rumble grew rapidly louder behind her. Without breaking her eyes from the repairman Hija reached her hand across her chest and caught Snitch’s hand as he drew close. Letting him do most of the work she was pulled onto the bike while the pair maintained their speed. The trideos did not give justice to how much a stunt like that would hurt. Placing her stun pistol away she rubbed her shoulder for a moment before getting a proper grip around Snitch. Hija: “Oww. Don’t worry Cochise, we weren’t here. Couple of things I have to do, first though.” Pressing her head into Snitch’s back Hija turned her mechanical eyes to the van and its rambunctious gunner. Hija: “Co-co get the gridlink data for uhh… whats that autopista? M45?” QU37Z41C0471: “The 'motorway?' As you desire little one.” Hija: “A and B, good job on that guy drek-for-brains, tossing grenades around like a tonto, but I need something else from you. See that waste of flesh bleeding out near the van, in the smoke. Get me his commlink. I wanna know who these guys are, might help with the job.” Benita: “¡Sí!” Alberto: “On our way.” QU37Z41C0471: “M45, its a little far away is it not?” Hija: “For us sure, but that van doesn’t think so. Not in a couple seconds at least.” [Trying to keep the van Matrix quiet by trying to park in manually was a neat idea. No gridlink pulsing out your position. But you sillies didn’t get a chance to turn it off before you opened fire did you? ABS, EBAS, airbags, temperature control. All ways in.]
QU37z41C0471 pulled away from Cochise for a moment, if he was heading to the sewer it was likely his matrix connection was going to be severed regardless, and joined Hija as they probed the idling van for a way inside. There was nothing, no connection, no silent running, just a void that bounced back Matrix noise. Essentially an invisible, intangible brick on wheels. [No icons, no SINs displayed and their ride is imaginary in all realms but the physical. Lord Furnival must not pay his bodyguard to think. I would of at least marked that as something to keep an eye on instead of playing bouncer all night.] While Hija was pondering her futile efforts Alberto and Benita dove into the pockets of the downed man amidst the fog of stinging gas. Rushing due to the ensuring firefight the pair found nothing, No commlink, no tech, not even a loose credstick. [Nothing? Nothing at all? ¿Absolutamente maldito nada? So there is a ‘military grade’ Matrix strike and then a bunch of goons attack the guy that got robbed while running completely immune from Matrix trickery aaand they have the mind not to have stuff that can ID them in any way with later matrix searching? So they’re snitching Matrix defence tricks to their expendables? Maravilloso! I get to expose my brain these guys handiwork, and probably them. Better get some respect as well as decent nuyen after this.] Alberto" Shall I fly into the Van and try to find a wire I can data tap?” Hija: “Don’t bother, we’re leaving and that van is getting crusaded by Knights. Get over me and Snitch and make sure we’re not being followed.” While the commotion of the van took place, leaving a few of their assailants reeling, two small insectoid drones took to the sky from the midst of the stinging fog. Unharmed though empty handed.

Jesus the man in the Queue engaged in the melee moves as fluidly as any hand to hand combatant Tag's ever scene, and he doesn't even seemed wired - he does the absolute minimum movement to block or dodge both of her blows. He tries to sweep Tag's legs out from under her but she easily misses his swing.
Shooter girls recovers her gun with Queue Man distracted, squeezing off a few rounds, enough to kill an unarmored foe, but he clearly has a nice Kevlar Cline suit on tonight. The injury knocks him back far enough for Tag to disengage, grab the Shooter Girl, and take off north. Shooter Girl girl shouts at the police car "Contract XZ35!"
Cochise hits the grenadier/repair guy in the shoulder sending a spray of blood over the hood of an adjacent car, the bad guy collapses against the hood, and slides off leaving smeary hand prints behind. Cochise next shot hits the Riot Gear guy square in the face plate, leaving a spider web crack, but the armor holds. He returns fire - PUTTING A HOLE IN THE BRIM OF THE PORKPIE HAT - without harming the wearer. Riot Dude 1 advances to where the Queue used to be, and shields Queue man from snitch's line of sight. Queue Man shouts out to the south: "Daughter of Dawn your Mother Wishes a Word!!"
Snitch's suppressing fire draws the attention of the machine gunner since one of the shots finds its mark (-7 to armor). The machine gunner doesn't target Cochise, and the van itself is pulling awkwardly into the street, spoiling Snitches cover - the gel rounds from the MG feel like baseball bats impacting up and down your torso. (-9 armor - 4 stun!).
Cochise takes off at a pace surprising for one of his bulk, and he turns into an alley, and tosses the manhole cover - through a window of a bar, bringing an abrupt end to the Hen Party that was just getting started. Jumps down into the darkness, his sinus adjust to route the air away from his scent receptors, and his pupils dilate 50% large than a beta human's would.
Riot Dude #2 advances to where Snitch just vacated on his motorcylce Riot Dude aims and fires as the bike skids between the sidewalk and the street. The bike loses a rear view mirror.
Two quadruped drones detach from the police car, one runs towards Riot Dude 1 firing a burst of Stick-Shock rounds that don't seem to have an effect. The other jumps up on a car to get line of sight to the van's driver and fires, not penetrating the windshield.
A roto drone descends in the middle of the street and unleashes what is NOT gel rounds at the van. Sparks fly and the roof is torn up badly, but the gunner inside is now aiming south along the road.
Knight Errant agents come out of the car, not even looking towards Shooter Girl and Tag, one shoots out the other front tire on the van, the other aims at Riot dude one and shouts "Drop your weapon!!!"
QU37Z41C0471: "There is no comlink, running silent or otherwise!"
Hija is stunned to see that there is nothing, nothing she can sense in the van she can grab - no grid guide, NOTHING that has any wireless hooks at all. You have never seen a Throwback like this in your entire life. You snap out of the shock just in time to hitch a ride with Snitch, how shortly turns on a perpendicular street to get out of the line of fire of the MG.
Alberto senses your frustration: "Shall I fly into the Van and try to find a wire I can data tap?
(OOC Hija, sorry to smush your narative, but it's an important plot element. please edit your post. I really liked the visual of the two drones struggling with the comlink, but it didn't happen. Have a Plot Point for your troubles.)
The bouncer and Lord F are out of the fight to the south. You see a helicoptor heading to pick them up.
Anyone have any other actions, or shall I write the end of the scene?
Some devices are throwbacks, devices that do not have wireless capability. While they still exist, they are becoming more and more rare in the 2070s. Throwbacks cannot be accessed by wireless connection, and so can neither be controlled remotely nor gain a wireless bonus.
Data Tap: You use this hacking tool by attaching it to a data cable. Once it’s clamped onto the cable, you can use it via universal data connector. Any device directly connected to the data tap also has a direct connection with the devices on either end of the cable (see Direct Connections, p. 232) and vice versa.

Winding down the side alleys of the streets of the old financial district hoping that the roto-drones of Knight Errant were busy with the immobilized van, Snitch started to calm down and his enhanced adrenal pumps wound down. Without the aid of the endorphins, a sudden rush of the pain from the impacts makes him swerve to the wrong side of the road for a moment, nearly missing an uncomming truck.
Snitch: "Me la ana simtim alaku.. I'm going to circle around the blocks a few times and make sure we don't have a tail, then stop by my place to grab my gear and get some ice.. do you want me to drop you off somewhere first, or stick together?"
Snitch asked Hija the question, knowing that the same course of thought was going on in her mind as was his. The assailents had a message for Hija, who didn't have a tail until Alex came along. Had he been followed while working on his investigation? He never submitted his report on the girl, so if he was how they found her then that means that they must know more about him then he was comfortable with. There might be another squad of goons waiting for him at his appartment for all he knew.
OOC: Thats the end of my actions, I'll be driving around in an obtuse route back to my apartment unless I notice a tail.

Tag allows a few seconds for the woman to catch her breath before grabbing her hand, and continuing at a slower pace. The woman is roughly a few inches taller than Tag, likely around 5'9" or a bit more. Obviously a beta of some wealth, or at least the outward appearance of such. She has lightly tanned skin, suggesting she isn't a UK local, at least not originally. With the more human appropriate speed, she's having no problem keeping up with Tag, and she doesn't seem to be complaining about being dragged along [Good start I guess...]. Tag turns to the woman and speaks.
Tag: "Very sorry about all this, I'm sure this won't tarnish future relations yeah? Anyways, mind sharing your name? Something to call you, doesn't even have to be yours."
Shooter Girl: "Zoe, and we might as well stop running, I don't think anyone will be coming after us."
Tag: "So, Zoe, what's your connection with all this?"
OOC: I'll end here, but this conversation will continue.
